Mostly good experience but shower hot water was rare and finicky. Not ideal considering price. I think I had one reasonably warm shower in five days, and only after letting it run for several minutes first. We’d heard other guests complain about the same thing as we were first heading to our room. Hot tea had to be cold steeped. Also, the UV film on the windows was bubbling and impeded the view we’d paid extra for.

I was so disappointed with Paris Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was sparse. The check in line was huge with only 5 windows open to check people in. The room felt dated and just barely maintained. The carpet is old, the TV cabinet fell apart when we tried to open it and my husband summed it up pretty efficiently, they just don't care! Oh and bring your wallet, a draft beer in a plastic cup will run you $14 with tax. We asked for a glass and were told their dishwashers don't work so that $19 vodka tonic will also be served in plastic! On a positive note, Gordon Ramsey Steak was fantastic!

Everything was good except that we were charged $40 for “free” parking. Everything else was good and the restaurants we ate at were excellent but pricey All the staff was very professional and friendly. Also- signs giving directions were scarce.

I booked a burgundy attraction view room the website showed this to be a room facing the Bellagio fountains when I arrived the room I was given was a bourdeux room and my room faced Caesar’s palace and a construction crane I called the front desk and was told I couldn’t be assisted over phone and would have to walk back to check in to resolve my issue so I went back down waited in line again and spoke to a desk person they said the room I had was an attraction view and when I asked if the attraction was the construction all the lady could do was giggle at me. I then explained the misleading advertising and asked if we could do something to remedy my issue since I was paying an extra $50 a night for a room with a view (not a view of a construction crane). She explained she could upgrade the room for an additional $150 a night I declined and just stayed in the less than desirable room add to that the room was always warm because if your not moving the air conditioning just turns off. The shower was nice but other than that the stay was comparable to motel 6 at a much higher rate. I also tagged them on twitter looking for some sort of apology or something which they ignored. I will never again stay at a ceasers property and will now gladly only take my business to MGM properties or other casinos.

The check in took over an hour. Then the key cards were not tied to the parking so we had to push the call button and wait 5min. Beds are hard and pillows are flat. Overall really clean and great shower. I won't be back until they fix the check in process.
